When do you get new stock?

Product arrivals vary depending on the source and how fast our suppliers can send us product.

As with the current market, English products can take weeks to months to arrive.

Japanese products can arrived within 5 working days.

Graded cards and single cards vary depending on different circumstances, such as when the team attend conventions, and when customers trade in cards.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping can usually take up to 5 working days in the UK.

We always aim to ship the product within 24-48 hours of placing your order, and 3 working days to deliver it.

Do you ship outside of the United Kingdom?

As of today, we are not currently shipping outside of the UK. This may change in the future, so follow @cardsunlocked on Instagram to stay up to date.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary on the weight and size of your order.

Orders over £75 are free within the United Kingdom.

Can I sell my cards to Cards Unlocked?

Yes, we offer a fast and secure trade-in service!

You can choose to exchange your cards for store credit in the form of a virtual gift card (80% of the trade-in value), or cash (70% of the trade-in value).*
